Kitchen Reorg

As I continue to think about a healthy lifestyle, I see it as much more than weight loss. One thing that helps my mental health is a orderly and organized home. As I get back to my pre-baby body, I'm also trying to get my home in order and baby friendly.

Recently, I have been reorganizing the kitchen. It's funny how you put things where they are convenient at the time and just live with it. I have systematically been going through cupboards and drawers, pulling out anything we haven't used in the last year and making donations. Additionally, I am reordering the pantry to put healthy snacks in convenient locations. Unhealthy snacks that are remaining in the house have been moved to less convenient locations.

The hope is that when I am hungry and open the pantry door, I see healthy options instead of unhealthy options.

We'll see how it pans out over time, but I feel great about it so far.
